Jon Traeger got involved in the building of this home when he added on the garage in 1990. The owner re-contacted Jon in January of 2007 to do an addition and renovation. A new bedroom and dormer were added, as well as a new heating system. This traditional log style home is very popular in the Truckee / Lake Tahoe area.
Ice Abatement Repair
Norwegian Wood Construction created an ice mitigation repair for this pre-existing driveway. A steep driveway can cause challenges for residents during winter months as ice and snow build up. Our task here was to repair the driveway and install heating elements to ensure safe driving conditions year-round.
